• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Digital downloads, patterns, or any non-physical products.
• Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale.”
2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will provide instructions and a return address.
3. Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Digital patterns and downloads are non-refundable due to their intangible nature. If you encounter issues with a digital product, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
